Passionate web developer with a background in Electrical Engineering. My journey into web development began when I helped create a solar power monitoring application at a startup. Inspired by this experience, I made the decision to transition from electrical engineering to web development and haven't looked back since. I am a driven and diligent problem-solver with a strong interest in continuous learning and self-improvement.

  Worked on several key features in our web application built with Next.js. Recently, I've transitioned into a full-stack position where I've taken on the responsibility of developing the backend using the .NET framework. This shift has allowed me to take ownership of features from conception to deployment, having full control on the end-to-end functionality. I also led some initiatives to improve the overall performance and developer experience such as:

  • Revamped our client-server state synchronization with React Query.
  • Overhauling the authentication on the client side using AWS services.
  • Developing a comprehensive library of React styled components aligned with our design system.
  • Transitioning email notifications to styled templates to boost customer engagement.

  • Developed Python-based backend solutions to continuously monitor the condition of solar power plants, aggregating extensive datasets and calculating critical performance metrics for failure detection and diagnosis.
  • Maintained the SQL database responsible for storing monitored data and plant specifications, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Successfully commissioned electrical installations and IT systems for power plants, as well as supervised repair activities and conducted routine inspections to guarantee the functionality and safety of power plant operations
